Electronic Delivery of Annual Reports and Proxy Materials
Enroll in electronic delivery, and you'll receive an e-mail when the Annual Shareholders Meeting materials are posted on the Internet. This efficient and convenient way to receive Annual Shareholders Meeting materials also saves Sempra the cost of producing and mailing these documents.
Registered Shareholders may sign up for this service through www.computershare.com/investor and log into their account with Computershare. Once logged into your account, select the option “Communication Preferences” and enroll in electronic delivery.
Investors whose Sempra shares are held by their broker or bank should contact them directly and ask for electronic delivery of Sempra's Annual Shareholders Meeting materials.
